On this website, 'We' 'Raoul Servais Collection' and 'RSC' are all used to refer to the Raoul Servais Collection.

The person or company purchasing goods, as referenced on the Invoice, is hereafter referred to as "Buyer." All artwork described on the Invoice are referred to as "Products".

 

By using this website and / or placing an order you agree with the Terms and Conditions as described below, since using the Service. RSC reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and / or changes to this website. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our images for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You may not take photographs of the works and duplicate them.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of our Services.

 

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. For items which are not on stock, please contact us at info@raoulservaiscollection.com for the approximate delivery time or for unique pieces to verify if similar works are still available.
We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders are only effectively paid from the moment the payment has been received.
RSC has the right to attach conditions to orders or to refuse them, unless agreed otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

Orders are only available in Belgium, unless agreed otherwise by mail.

 

DELIVERY

When in stock, orders should be ready for shipping within 5 workdays after the payment has been received. Please note the delivery time depends on your location and the - by RSC chosen - shipping partner and is therefore not guaranteed. Please contact us at info@raoulservaiscollection.com if you have any concerns about your delivery.
Raoul Servais Collection is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery.
It's your responsibility to fill out the correct delivery address. When supplying a wrong delivery address the costs for a second delivery will be at your expense.

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated on this website are in euros, include VAT (6% or 21%) and exclude delivery expenses. The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.
Purchases made on this webshop are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Wix Payments, Stripe and PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.
RSC can modify prices at any moment without prior notice.

SHIPMENT & RISK OF LOSS

Title to and risk of loss of the Products shall pass to Buyer as soon as the Products are delivered by RSC to the carrier. Each shipment date is approximate, and RSC shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery of any Products.

 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days, provided that you first send us a clear e-mail at info@raoulservaiscollection.com including your order # and reason for return. Of course we expect returns to arrive in their original undamaged condition. When the refund is approved the applicable amount will be refunded within 2 weeks.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

 

CONTENT

The content of this website including products, texts, images, descriptions, data, designs, photography has been compiled with the greatest care. However, the information on our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. (RSC therefore may update, change, or delete any content at any time and without prior notice.)

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) .

The content is not binding and is provided for informational purposes only.

The cells and drawings are all unique items. They belong to Raoul Servais' private collection and may show some signs of age or use. The cells were used for the shooting of his short films.

RSC warrants that the Product is an original work of art of the named artist or an inkjet print signed and / or embellished by Raoul Servais and is sold “as is” and in substantial compliance with the quality and condition portrayed on the website.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to, in case of 'Force Majeure', stop the processing of an order and ultimately cancel the order without any damage restitution.
'Force Majeur' is any external cause as well as any circumstance, not directly related to products and services provided by RSC, which cannot be the responsibility of RSC.

 

LIABILITY

RSC shall not be liable for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial.
Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

 

COPYRIGHT

The Buyer understands and agrees that the copyright (the “Copyright”) to the Products are retained by RSC compiling the Product, and that the transaction contemplated herein is not a sale or license to the Copyright to Buyer. Buyer agrees not to reproduce or copy the Product.
